I worked on the early stages of Perfectly Spoken, a new language learning start-up during my time at the Great British Web Co. I worked closely with the project manager throughout; from initial brief and into the design phase; producing sketches, wireframes and design specifications.
We created a user flow of the experience so we could plan out the features to complete each step. While the user flow was solidified early on, the discovery of features was constantly in flux and this process allowed us to expand the original concept.
Some hurdles we overcame were the Student Dashboard scenarios, the content of which changed several times according to the number of logins and engagement within the site.
